The Hotel Series Table 9

Wolves is launching the The Hotel Series, which are whiskey collaborations with some of the world’s finest hotels. The first release, titled Table 9, is with the Peninsula Beverly Hills. Table 9 is a variation of Wolves signature blend, with a high-pilsner content, and is named after the most sought after table in the hotel.

Spring Run, Batch 2

Spring Run Batch Two is a variation of Wolves signature blend, consisting of (1) whiskey distilled from Stout craft beer, aged in French Oak for 11 years, (2) whiskey distilled from Pilsner beer, aged in New American Oak for 7 years, and (3) a Rye selected for its back palate spice. As before, the additional time in the barrel has brought additional depth and complexity to the mid palate. The pale pink sheepskin is a one-time release. 916 bottles were produced for this 104 proof decadent run.

Nose: lemon, hops, Bundt cake, Pilsner.

Tasting Notes: chocolate, orange peel, hops, oak, leather.

Finish: Sugar on the front pallet, rising space on the finish.

Spring Run

Spring Run is a variation of Wolves signature blend, consisting of (1) whiskey distilled from Stout craft beer, aged in French Oak for 10 years, (2) whiskey distilled from Pilsner beer, aged in New American Oak for 6 years, (3) a Rye selected for its back palate spice, and (4) a single malt American whiskey distilled from two-row malted barley and aged in used French Oak for 10 years

Nose: Honeysuckle, citrus, hops, black cherry, warm vanilla.

Tasting Notes: Tangerine, dark chocolate, hops, oak, citrus, nutmeg.

Finish: Long and warm on the front pallet, rising space on the finish.
