This whiskey is distilled from stout beer, resting in ex-Chardonnay French Oak provided by cult-wine cooperage Demptos of Napa. The 7-year old Pilsner whiskey rests in American oak, also provided by Demptos. The low-Rye is also 7 years old, and rests in American oak. Each bottle was hand-wrapped in Los Angeles in Bermuda Green Sheepskin. This is the highest Pilsner content blend to date, coming in at 59% of the 105 proof blend. The result is beautiful, distinct, and decadent.
