Wolves Whiskey Winter Run, Batch 3 is an American Whiskey that is incredibly special and a necessary addition to anyone’s collection. Unlike previous Signature Blend releases, Winter Run, Batch 3 contains a whiskey distilled from a Pilsner in used French Oak. This change has resulted in a more nuanced, softer approach on the palate.

Winter Run, Batch 3 is as impressive on the inside as it is on the outside. Bottled in French cut glass, wrapped in Grey Nubuck, and handwritten in Los Angeles.
- Nose: cinnamon apples, honey, orange, black cherry, dark chocolate
- Palate: hops, molasses, baking spices, citrus, milk chocolate
- Finish: medium-warm body, rising spice, stone fruit

Malted Barley Series, Lot Two
Lot Two of the Malted Barley Series is Wolves’ second Single Malt expression. 10 barrels distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023 at 11 years old. Lot Two incorporated imported Irish malts and a California yeast in the fermentation process. Distilled in a copper alembic pot still aged in new American oak in a range of toast levels (Light Toast to Char 3). Each Bottle is hand-wrapped in black, UV-printed, sheepskin in Los Angeles.
This is a 9-barrel blend bottled at 110 proof with the remaining barrel being held for special release as a single barrel expression.
ο Nose: toasted oats, dried fruit, vanilla, black pepper, oak.
ο Palate: tobacco, caramel, stone fruit, honey, oats.
ο Finish: long finish, sweet upfront with drying effect on palate. creeping salinity.

Wolves
This variation of Wolves signature blend incorporates a 7-year old whiskey distilled from California Pale Ale, and 6 and 7 year-old rye whiskeys with a higher rye-content. The other whiskey in the blend was distilled from Stout beer, aged in used French Oak for 9 years. The label is made of wine card stock.
ο Nose: Honeysuckle, citrus, hops, milk chocolate, black cherry, warm vanilla.
ο Tasting Notes: Tangerine, dark chocolate, hops, oak, citrus, nutmeg.
ο Finish: Long and warm on the front pallet, rising spice on the finish.
