A variation of Wolves Signature Blend, Spring Run, Batch Two is a blend of 11-year-old Stout, 7-year-old Pilsner, and 6-year-old Rye whiskey. Its high Pilsner content creates a big, bold flavor profile on the mid-palate with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and orange bitters, followed by a long finish. Each bottle from the 916-bottle run is enrobed in pale pink sheepskin.
