The first release in Wolves’ annual Hotel Series was an exclusive 320-bottle run with the Peninsula Beverly Hills. Named after the most sought-after table in the hotel, Table 9 is a variation of Wolves signature blend with a high Pilsner content. In celebration of the partnership, Michelin-starred chef Ralf Schlegel prepared a private four-course dinner at the hotel pairing each course with a different Wolves expression.
