Winter Run, Batch Two benefits from additional time spent in the barrel, which delivers depth and complexity to the mid-palate. Made from a blend of 11-year-old Stout aged in French oak, 7-year-old Pilsner aged in American oak, and 5-year Rye whiskey, the resulting whiskey has notes of caramel, bright citrus, and clove. Each bottle from the 753-bottle run is wrapped by hand in a sheepskin label.
